The initial assessment is a comprehensive evaluation by one or more of our specialist therapists. We observe your child, carry out standardised assessments, speak with parents and review any existing reports. The session typically takes 60–90 minutes and is completely child-friendly.

Every child is unique. Some children show progress within a few weeks; others take longer. Our team sets realistic goal timelines during the planning meeting and reviews progress formally every 8–12 weeks. We are always transparent with families about what to expect.

Parent involvement is a key part of our model. While you don't need to sit in every session, we do run parent training every second Saturday, monthly workshops and regular parent-therapist meetings. You'll also receive a home program with activities to carry out daily.

We work primarily with children aged 18 months to 14 years. Early intervention is highly effective, so we encourage families to reach out as early as they have concerns — you don't need a formal diagnosis to book an assessment.

No, you don't need a referral. Any parent or guardian who has concerns about their child's development can contact us directly to book a free assessment. Our team will guide you from there.

Yes. We offer a free initial developmental assessment to all new families. This helps us understand your child's needs and determine the right support. There is no obligation to proceed with therapy, and there's no charge for the initial session.
